3 Cheeses from 1 bucket of milk with a 'bit' of mascarpone on the side. Halloumi, Feta, Ricotta and Mascarpone, Sunday 24 June 12pm - 3:30pm, $120 per person, with tastings of boutique NZ cheeses for a light snack, plus some delicious Owhanake wines.
Katherine says "bring your friends and learn the skills together. Bring community back into your kitchens", which fits perfectly with our Island philsophy, and definitely something we are keen to support. I've been to one of Katherine's courses before and thoroughly recommend it.
