Hard Cheese Class & Whey Ricotta
For those familiar with basic cheese making skills and wish to become a serious cheese maker.
Learn the techniques on how to make hard cheese, waxing, storage.
Make whey ricotta and find uses for all that whey.
$45 for class only $200 for class including the Mad Millie Hard Cheese Kit (RRP $179)
