@ 1.00 – FALLING IN LOVE WITH YOUR VOICE
This is a workshop about discovering and falling in love with your own voice. We'll look at ways to find it, let it out, get to know it, make friends with it and love it.
A deeply personal experience for everyone.
A workshop full of fun and laughter and singing/sounds.
Sarah is an inspirational teacher who works with a huge amount of passion and fun and has helped many people begin to love their voice.

@ 2.00 – BELLY DANCING
The term "Belly Dance" is a misnomer as all parts of the body are involved in the dance; the most featured body part being the hips.
Come learn some basic hip and belly jiggling techniques in a safe, relaxed and joyous space
You will be guided through a whole belly dancing routine.
Led by Lynn Francis
All workshops are held in the Titirangi Community House. The workshop venue is signposted.
