I have just added 2 new events to the events section. I am a member of a couple of groups and would like to send the event details to them. What is the best way to get the info to them?

Hi Tony - I'm not quite sure if this answers your question, but here goes. If you go to one of the events and then copy the url you can then paste that in a discussion/notice in the group you want to share it with.

Using a short url via a service like www.bit/ly can be helpful if you can't insert it via a link like this.

Hi, someone (ESOL) said they were required to provide the email addresses of 10 friends in order to join Ooooby - is this the case?  (A lot of the people I am encouraging to join have only been in the country a few months and don't have people they can introduce!)
