Hi everyone

We have two exciting workshops planned for this month

BD Calendar session with Lis Alington
Date: Saturday 12 June 2010
Time: 2pm - 4pm
Where: SLC, 4 Olympic Place, New Lynn
Bookings: Ph 826 4276 or email info@ecomatters.org.nz

Lis Alington is very experienced in the world of biodynamics having
worked for Weleda potentising medicines and providing seminars before
teaching at Taruna College for many years. Her background includes an
honours degree in Agricultural Science (NZ) and a diploma in biodynamics
from Emerson College, UK.  She is currently editor of Earth Matters,
Journal for the Renewal of AgriCulture through science, art and
spirituality. She has recently moved to Auckland from the Hawkes Bay and
we are very lucky to have her share her knowledge with us.

The BD calendar is a wonderful insight into the workings of the cosmos
so that we can begin to understand and harness the different rhythms and
cycles.  This will assist us in the garden with knowing the best days to
plant, sow, harvest, raise seeds, apply preparations, prune...just about
everything.

BD calendars will be available for sale for $20 on the day.

Biodynamic Gardening Event with Peter Proctor and Rachel Pomeroy, 18 &
19 June - see attached flyer for more details.
