Cauliflower panna cottaPickles.- tomatillos, cauliflower, cucumber, daikon
Leaves.- nasturtium, chevril, watercress, chives
Flowers.- Pansy, nasturtium, cornflower, calendula, basil, fennel, leeks
Pumpkin seeds

Making pasta at home:1000 gr organic flour10 eggsMix eggs and flour in a bowl and mix until you get a nice dough, let it rest covered for 30 min, and then work the dough in the pasta maker or with the rolling pin. Enjoy

Great!!! its amazing how we will spend millions of dollars on type ll diabetes and other modern diseases, but we are not willing to spend money on healthy foods!
