  • Any Auckland people interested in growing wheatgrass together? I have 8 litres of organic seed and organic fertilisers but no ready soil or  trays, so can supply some seed and fertiliser in exchange for soil and trays.

  • Just joined the group, so hi there. I live on the Awhitu Peninsula (Manukau-South Heads) We have 20 acres, and are setting up towards sustainable living. There are some pics on our blog if you are interested.  awhitusustainableliving.blogspot.com

  • Hi everyone, I just joined the group.  I am in Hukerenui, in between Whangarei and Kawakawa.

  • The Ooooby box is looking for new growers in great Auckland, including Waiheke! Think you don't have enough produce to sell to us? Think again! Our priority is supporting local growers, and if you can provide us with a portion of what we need, someone else may be able to provide us with the other portion. Interested? Send me an email at erin@ooooby.com
  • Holly, Burnice has been suspended. She joined several groups and spammed all the members :(
  • I just got a spam email from a  Burnice Bloosemgame who is a member of this group. Is this a real person? Thanks.
  • Hi Holly, I've just seen your comment. Sorry for our slow reply, the ooooby stall has been busy changing managers from Christy Martin to me. We do have an egg supplier but it is quite a mainstream one and we'd love to be getting authentic 'backyard' eggs. If you'd like to email me so we can be in touch about this that'd be great! My email is pania@ooooby.com
  • My mum has 40 free range chooks in Kaiwaka and at the moment she is overloaded with eggs. At the moment I am selling them at work (ARC) but I would like to investigate other ways of selling them. Does the Ooooby stall currently have an egg supplier?

Cheap / Free Worms for a Worm Farm in Auckland Central?

Hi,   I added this under Vermiculture but thought the Oooby Stallers may be able to help too. Does anyone know of any cheap worms in Auckland (central)? I have seen some advertised for anywhere between $30-46 but as I am making my worm farm (so far it has set me back all of $25) I was trying to do it for as little as possible (or in Roobys).    Perhaps this could be a new product for the Oooby Stall? I am sure there are heaps of people who would purchase reasonably priced worms. Cheers,
