Saturday 15 October at 1 pm, to be held at the Gorge Road gardens,
Queenstown. People joining on the day are also welcome.
We will need at least 5 members to attend this meeting to meet the
quorum required.
We are after nominations for the Chairperson, (position currently
vacant), Secretary (Robin leaving Queenstown) Treasurer (hoping
Annette will want to keep doing this role again), and Committee.
Many hands make light work!
The business of a SGM is:
+ Reporting on previous year and accounts
+ Election of position holders and committee
+ any motions to be considered
+ General business
+ approval of plans for forthcoming year.
