Taewa/Maori Potatoes

I have a few small seed left if anyone would like some. They are mixed in together so I'd have difficulty recognising the varieties but may include Moe Moe, Wherowhero, Kowiniwini, Paraketia, Moeraki, Matariki, Urenika, and a few others.

  • Todd - I have planted your pink fir - cant wait to see how it does (I had it in the cupboard and it had already popped out some little white baby spuds of its shoots - if that makes sense.) - such a cute little thing! Thanks so much! Will let you know how it does.

  • Does anyone know where I can purchase Urenika seed potatoes in bulk? About 10kgs at least... and not crossed with other potato - just pure good old delicious Urenika. I have missed Koangas sales.

  • Hi Todd
I am interested in those seeds! I am living in Christchurch and we would like to grow all of those varieties for the restaurant. we support local producer, local food and even better native produce. I know some of those and very kind to try new.
