My house is likewise available and likewise not kid-friendly indoors (sorry about that) (fine outside of course!). We live next to QE Park, just outside the gate, no road to cross, if that makes it easier. Trish

Don't need any work done but if you want to use my place, that's fine. I would add it's not suitable for kids, but Campbell Park playground is just across the road if supervision can be sorted. Saturday 2pm?

We are hoping to do this. Just sorting a place to meet on the weekend of 17/18 July and talk what grows well, what seeds we want etc. Michelle has offered to supply seed in small amounts and I got the new Kings catalgue today. Anyone want a little work done at their place, then host tea and talk? You name the day and time.

Is anyone interested in forming a seed growing collective for this spring? With the large amount of seeds in a packet I thought it might make better economic sense to either grow the whole packet and share out the plants between us, or share out the seeds if you prefer. I'm asking because I want to get a single purple artichoke plant to compliment my two green ones, and the most logical way to get it is grow from King's seed, but there are 80 seeds in the packet. The same is true for heritage tomato seeds - I want just a couple of plants of several varieties, but the seeds come in 30/50s of each.
