Comment by Rene Archner on March 20, 2013 at 11:13am Anyone in Auckland who would like regular raw milk? A friend of mine is collecting every Thursday from Helensville farm. I personally get my organic milk from the same place as Josh (see below), in Wainui. There will be a break between April and July though.
Comment by Wendy Ayling on March 15, 2013 at 2:59pm I have a friend returning to the Wairarapa over easter, she has been getting milk in the Manawatu so would love a supplier here. Does any one know someone in the Wairarapa?
Comment by Tony on March 13, 2013 at 4:13pm Those of you who are unaware of the direction that the food industry is moving in should watch the movie Farmageddon. It's all about government control of our food supply and allowing raw milk consumption is definitely not on their agenda.
Comment by Lisa L on March 13, 2013 at 3:54pm Yes 5 litres is fine but on selling is. And there are a number of grey areas which I am happy to discuss on a private forum but just to let people know that whatever info they post here or on the weston a price group can and will be read by the ministry, it is a public site.
Comment by Tom Reid on March 13, 2013 at 3:49pm ""Sadly the ministry watches this page and has contacted people pretending to be interested in joining a co-op or to buy milk. "" Can you elaborate on that Lisa? I would love to get my hands on these spies.
Comment by Josh Wooler on March 13, 2013 at 3:45pm Lisa L it's not Illegal to buy raw milk they just can't legally sell you more than 5 litres per person.

Comment by Josh Wooler on March 13, 2013 at 3:28pm alexandra bebb I get my milk from them, they are drying off the cows for the winter because the draught has caused a lack of feed. You are probably almost as close to the place in hellensville anyway? If you want the details I can get it to you just pm me.
