Kia ora people - I have recently moved to Avondale/new windsor, and wondered if anyone out there is - or knows someone who is - already in the process of establishing a community garden out here? I am wanting to get involved :)

Hi all anyone in the Mt Wellington/Otahuhu area that has any spare garden space? I have a refugee family who are gardening on a very very tiny section, every inch is covered and they are needing some extra space. Angie

Kylie's feta is the best! thanks Kylie.

I have a few avocados to swap if anyone is keen. The birds are getting them and while that's ok, I might as well pass them around ooooby.

Does anyone have any excess vegie seedlings they can donate? I am a parent at Mt Albert Primary school and am looking to replant the vegie garden at school. Also, if anyone has any landscaping plants they would like to give away - there is an area in the school grounds that we want to landscape. Please contact me through Ooooby. Thanks.

I have some surplus raw home made feta if any one would be interested in swapping it for other goods (don't have anything in particular in mind) or possibly to sell if you didn't have stuff/want to swap.. Contact me on my page if you're interested :)

Hi everyone,
We are setting up a new community learning gardening space around Ellerslie-Remuera. Our focus at present is building up fertility as quickly as possible, with the establishment of hot compost piles on future growing areas. Come and join us and learn how to do this at your place. In return we will ask you to help us building up the piles, We are planning to have sessions on Thursday afternoon and evening.
