I am from Tauranga but am inquiring from someone who rang me from the North Shore in Auckland. These people (couple) are wanting Kombucha and other cultures They are an older couple. Is there anyone on the Nth shore who has kombucha. Also anyone in Auckland who is doing workshops on fermented foods. Thank you Jane

I'm on the Shore too but my SCOBY is currently in the fridge and no idea just yet whether it can be revived. If it can, happy to share with them but won't be anytime soon due to moving.
