Like others before me I am from West Ak and after some raw organic milk.

Hello We are in Tauranga. With 4 acres and a beautiful Jersey house cow we offer workshops in Cheese making Kevin will be doing Butter and Mozzarella cheese making Saturday 14th July 9.30 - 11.30am. Hi Samar, no the milk is not organic the farmer said he uses organic products if any on the cows but he does sometimes use chemical sprays on the fields. and yes he does make cream although it's quite expensive i think $18/L for medium cream but you get a $5 credit if you return the jar.

Is the milk organic?  If so, does the farm you get it from also make cream from the milk?

i do a milk run to Hellensville once a week and take it to my school friends at well park college in Grey Lyn, and I live on pine valley road in dairy flat so if anyone wants milk near there you can come get it, it cost's $2 a litre pick up between 12:30 and 1:15 in grey lyn on tuesday or monday or tuesday nights after 6 from from my house. MIlk has to be ordered in an advance by sunday night as I only get enough for each week. Just private message me and I'll give you the address
