A profusion of elderflowers

These are growing on the western side of the Lakes Hayes walking track well away from any dust and/or pollution from passing traffic.

No, I'll have to give it a go:)  Sycamores grow wild around here so I often use them as climbing poles for my peas & beans.

hello Kelly, how are you, haven't seen you for ages! My recipe is a variation of the one that Isabell posted here, give me a couple of hours and I'll post my version in the discussion. Send me a text over the weekend if you want to meet up to take the dogs for a walk and we can go around Lake Hayes to pick some flowers to make some cordial. Start asking around for screw top bottles - wine bottles will do.

oh I love elder berries but have never made elder drinks (had a few though). I would love to get your recipe.
