Having spaced the seeds out correctly - I use tweezers to set out the small seeds such as carrots. Fold over the edges to seal the seeds in, loosely fold the tape up and set aside while you make the rest that you need.
Take out to the garden bury at the coorect depth for the seed and "Bobs your Uncle" you have seed that is at the correct spacing and no thinning required!!
