Tell us about your garden and what you're growing
Rocket, spinach, lettuce, broad beans, broccoli, Brussels sprouts (hopefully the red ones too), lemons, cauliflower, dill, parsley, thyme, garlic, nasturtium, silverbeet and carrots. Grand plans for summer involving tomatoes, artichokes, chillies, cucumber, zucchini and eggplant, pending our current lease being renewed. We've moved house every January for the last four years, so I haven't grown a tomato since that glorious summer of 2007/8 when it seemed to easy.
I've preserved a fair bit in my time, though my freezer is currently home to a lot of fruit I haven't got round to doing yet. I've been more interested in putting fruit in gin this year, we'll see how that goes in a month or so. Dangerous? Quite possibly. Baking is more my forte. I'm rather partial to quince chutney.
