Tell us about your garden and what you're growing

I have 2.5 acres, I keep a few sheep for meat and Peking ducks for eggs. I am close to planting a small fruit and nut orchard with avocados, citrus, apples, macadamia nuts, walnuts, fig tree and plumbs. I am just starting a vege garden, a herb garden and I want to build a small hot house. I smoke my own fish and home kill and butcher my own meat. I just want to keep getting into more and more production of my own healthy and wonderful food. I would like to keep bees in the future, I have a lot to learn and I just love being outdoors and getting into the soil and plants. I enjoy doing my own landscaping work and am designing and building my own outdoor living area complete with wood fired hot baths, bbq, spit roast, fish smoker, fire pit and areas to sit and enjoy the outdoors.
