I started a Biodynamic Community Garden beside the Vortex Creative Wellbeing Centre one year ago at 70 Michaels Ave Ellerslie in Auckland. last week I sprayed out BD501 4 weeks after the 3rd application of BD500.and have been giving away broccoli and snow peas to the community. My first sweet peas are out and the broadbeans will soon be ready...yumm. I have been doing a trading table again from10.00-12.30am selling plants, BD Seaweed fertiliser, worm tea, Peter and Rachel's BD CCP (cow pat pit) and books, and Brian Keats Antipodean BD Calendars, to raise money for the garden. Locals are continuing to donate or swop produce and seedlings so join us for fresh produce anytime. to I am organising a w/end w/shop with Brian Keats author of the Antipodean BD Gardening Calendar on the w/end of 18th-20th November at Steiner House. Call me 09 5797615 for registration and info. I also teach beginners Biodynamic/organic gardening courses at Vortex. Love the idea of OOOOBY, the OOOOBY food boxes, and have joined to keep in touch.
