yes, which is why it is important, I beleive, to keep turning up at functions that the council do support. The more people that show and interest and also begin to put action to the ideas, the more likley the right people will begin to take notice. I am hoping to eventually get permission to start planting some fruit/nut trees in the local park or environs.
