Hi everyone,
I happened upon this TED talk this morning and have been out shopping for plants that will help me to grow my own air. I couldn't find either the epipremnum aureum - the money plant that is an evergreen climber - or the chrysalidocarpus lutenscens - an areca palm. I went to Kings and a few other stores. Does anyone have any they'd like to share or know where I could get some? This is SUCH a fascinating TED talk, I really think everyone should watch…

Lisa Welbourne said… Hi Gwynn, Thank you so much. I have just called the farm in Drury. They are organic too, yippee!!
Hi Gwynn to make comphry tea I have a 10 liter plastic rubish bin in my compost area full of water and comphry leafs I let the leafs rot down and water the tomatos with the tea twice a week when the comphry grows a little more I will cut the leafs up and use as a mulch. before i learnd about how bennaficial comphry is I was trying to get it out of my garden treating it as a weed. Now I let it growas a welcome addition to my garden. I plant seedlings along side it and harvest the leafs a few times a week adding more leafs and water to the barrel to replenish what i just used and ill have another batch ready for the next time im in my garden
