Brit in the Boonies - Jam

Hi All,

I thought I'd share my Brit in the Boonies blog posts with you on a weekly basis. The down- side is, that it is really too warm here for the later varieties of daffodils and they open their buds ,then wilt very quickly.

Re chookies, are their crops a bright red cause that is a sign they are ready to lay.I recommend you get them into a routine of staying in their coop till they've laid and then let them out till evening. after a while once they start laying they will know where to do it and you can extend their time ranging

Hi Helen
Yes, this is a good week for planting the garlic so do it now if you can. I love your photos. Are those flowers current? I'm jealous if you have spring flowers like that already! I have my first 2 daffodils out now.
