"Our compost is mainly coffee, citrus and tea. We also add grass and paper. There are heaps of worms and the acidity doesn't seem to matter."

We have 4 beautiful hens who are laying enough large eggs to feed our family. We are just starting to set up our vege gardens for this year, but we have been quite successful growing strawberries, rhubarb and spinach pumpkins, corn, and basil in past years as well as our trees. We have two large apple trees, five peach trees (which are young, but produce some good fruit), a feijoa tree, a clementine manderin a lemon and a grapefruit. We also need more lemons for our girls to turn into lemonade for the markets Any surplus out there?
