Roxy Hart said… Hi Kathryn, Yip daylilly tubers are edible and delicious, so are the new spring shoots (cooked) the unopened flower buds gently fried in butter and pepper are also delicious.
I'v herd that some people can be allergic to the starch in the roots, so try a small amount first wait an hour for a reaction. no reaction? then your away :)

Hanna said… - Hi Kathryn, thanks for the tip with the Eco Design Advisors. We didn't know about it and are certainly going to check it out. We looked at our star rating, which is two so far :-P, with the biggest minus the single glazing, but then that's nothing new! Anyway, it's great that something like that is out there.
