Wow, I’ve been gardening my whole life, and I’m going big next year. You really have jumped in boots and all. And such an expensive place to set up roots. At lest you should be able to sell lots of organic produce to the flash neighborhood! I would love to find someone who could sell me some unpasteurized milk, so if you find someone please let me know! Remember that soil health is the best friend to a gardener so lots of everything is my best advice, balance the nature and all should work out for you.
