Hi Rene,
Hope you are well. How's the new bar going?
I'm desperately trying to source white cacao for a recipe and can't think of anyone who might have a clue except you. I hear it does exist but can not find a source here. I see it's in a 'Little Birds' recipe but as I say can't actually find it on its own. Any help would be great.
I keep trying to save for one of your raw courses (if you're still doing them) but unfortunately just when I think I'm getting somewhere the car needs a WOF or the fridge breaks down etc etc etc. One day it will happen I'm sure.
Cheers
Nicky
Hi Rene
Nice to meet you. Thanks for the feedback, Drury would be the closest for me could I please bother you for the details, thanks so much.
yes, hollow bricks. I ended up having to go to Placemakers to purchase three of hollow bricks for $3 a piece. for the base a recycled U mudbrick at the base. (You can shape that with bricks) bricks placed on recycled u beam steel.. easy, and wonderful to have this addition in the garden. If you google Rocket Stove, then go to videos there are a few good examples. enjoy
