"Use as much mint as you like, I don't bother stripping the leaves, just grab a handful, stalks and all. Bramleys wud be good, seems a shame to turn them into jelly. Any tart variety is good for jelly."

Tell us about your garden and what you're growing
Hi, I have a small patch of land, we are currently clearing it and preparing it. I have lots of fruit & nut trees and planted some more!!! Growing herbs and strawberries in pots and containers while we prepare the raised beds. I also have informal hedging for the birds and lots of roses.
