My husband & I grow all kinds of veggies, especially greens of various types--my favorite of which is ruby chard. We also grow lots of flowers in the backyard of a home located in a development. We've wanted to get coldframes started but don't have any experience with them as yet. This would certainly help here in northeastern NY. Our newest adventure is "raising" red wigglers, a composting worm.

hello Saundra, thanks for friend request and kind comment. I just love how the colour develops as the quinces slowly cook, sometimes the jelly comes out a very pale pink but this batch is deep red and still translucent:).
what do you enjoy preserving? would be lovely to see some photos of your garden, do post some.
