Baklava Recipe

This is a nice recipe using honeyIngredients:1 pack filo pastry3 cups chopped nuts (I used walnuts, pistachios and almonds)100g butter, melted1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1 cup water1 cup white sugar1 teaspoon vanilla extract1/2 cup your favourite Sweetree honeyMethodPreheat oven to 180 C. Brush the bottoms and sides of a 9x13 inch dish with butter.
