Gaurdian to existing gardens on farm, provideing food for family and workers and excess to farm gate shop and local organic store- Soul Food. In process of expanding tunnel house grow areas to provide produce for local restaurants and existing customers who already purchase our freerange organic eggs. Developing a food forest fruit, nut and berry orchard and native shelter belts. Also growing garlic on moderate size scale. I have been running a series of Biodynamic workshops, sharing my knowledge of worm farming, compost making and moon rhythms in conjunction with Wanaka wastebusters.
