I am happy to find another passionate cook, are you still in the restaurant business? or something related? As well as you, I found the same problem to get quality produce in the city, but now with Ooooby I am very happy to have all that I need for my creations.
I am confused, when you are saying about the French Laundry is the same of Thomas Keller?? in Napa?
