i turned the compost this morning and it was as hot as a cup of hot carob. absolutely no exaggeration. it was incredible. i added some vege scraps the other day after my day at the soup kitchen and they were nearly composted, just three days later - especially the layer of banana skins i added. it was AMAZING.
