Grow Fresh Air
Hi everyone,
I happened upon this TED talk this morning and have been out shopping for plants that will help me to grow my own air. I couldn't find either the epipremnum aureum - the money plant that is an evergreen climber - or the chrysalidocarpus lutenscens - an areca palm. I went to Kings and a few other stores. Does anyone have any they'd like to share or know where I could get some? This is SUCH a fascinating TED talk, I really think everyone should watch…

My natural garden
I happened to find myself at a market gardening business the other day. Was astounded at the almost complete absence of life there - apart from a few sparrows and a couple of minah birds, the place was deadly quiet. Was quite a creepy feeling, as I stood there thinking about my own garden, which absolutely hums with all kinds of insects, and birds, skinks etc. Really made me think about how other people live....
