Roasted Cauliflower – serves 4
1 cauliflower, cut into even sized florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Mix together the oil, garlic and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Placecauliflower in a baking pan and toss in this mixture.Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 30 minutes or until cauliflower istender.

Macadamia and Pear Upside Down Cake – serves 12
50 g butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 pears, peeled, cored and sliced into eighths
150 g butter
¾ cup(150g) brown sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
3 free range eggs
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ cup finely chopped macadamia nuts
