Ever wondered where to go for a nutrient-dense meal without compromise on ingredients in Auckland?
That wondering will be over from early June 2013. A new Breakfast Deli/Lunch-/Tapas- and Oyster Bar will open at the Wynyard Quarters on Halsey Street. We will have an organic juice bar, organic coffee, a whole free-range/organic/spray-free lunch and deli menu with gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options too.
Name not decided yet, but coming shortly.
For now I would like to request some help. We are looking for a sustainable long-term solution for our food waste (500-1000l/week). Anyone here with pigs? We are currently investigating the 'Zing Bokashi' system too. Not sure the 'Hungry Bin' set up will work, as we have limited space - being in the city, also animal products in waste.
