Hi Margreet, yes would love to come with you if you go on tuesday night. by the way, l finish work at 3.30pm so don't see my emails after that time hence the delay in replying.
I have noticed a lot of stink bug type creatures on y tomatoes i have seen green ones but the most common are black with white spots and orange flashings i dont know too much about them what are they up to on the tomatoes i cant see much visible damage on my fruit or leaves.
Hi Margreet. I'm sorry but something has come up and I am not able to come to your home today for a tour. It's a shame because I liked what I saw from your kitchen when I was there a few weeks ago. I hope it all goes well. Have a good weekend.
Thanks Margreet, l don't belong to any poultry club. Do you? lt wasn't something that l had thought of. l would like my hens to be tamer than these ones are so that l can handle them and the grandchildren can interact with them. They have quietened down but l believe that the silkies are the best as pets.
Hi Margreet, the hens appear to have settled in well and am eagerly waiting for the first egg. l didn't check how old they were or anything else before l bought them so hope they are not too old. They are not what l would really like but later on l will perhaps change them and get some others. Will see how things go. l thought l had made a note of your phone number but didn't write it down. Would you be happy to give it to me.
Hi Margreet. Thanks for dropping off my sunglasses. Are you able to come to the sheet mulching workshop? I am trying to get a sense of who is coming. Thanks!
owe well you should do the next open day then we can all see your place i have been tidying up a bit but things are still a bit messy at my place im trying to get rid of the rubbish lying round the place will have another go at tidying up around the place tommorow, i guess im getting a bit house proud before open day.
we have had three eggs in three days all from the same chicken they were small eggs the chicken cackled after she had laid the egg usually i find them later on when i get home from work so was a novelty knowing which one had laid the egg.
Ok the 28th is a good date for us i just hope it doesn't rain what is you address?
A friend of mine was asking me for the best place to get some new chooks any ideas i got mine from a friend who was having to move from a farm so im not sure where to get them from.
Hi Margreet, I will ring to tonight about 7.30pm if that is OK and talk to you about how I use the drums. The kefir is working well and I am using it on my muesli in the morning. I'm not finding it too sour.
i wanted to get along to the work shop i saw it advertised on the massey matters flyer but didnt get around to going as today has been a really hectic day owe well maybe there will be another one soon. We have church tomorrow from 10 till 1 maybe after that in the afternoon we could catch up i need to get your address from you. i wish i had a big shed to keep loads of chickens but they seem to be happy enough in their knocked together run. and it seems to work well as the grass doesn't get totally destroyed and can recover once the run has been moved.
Thanks Margreet,
sometimes it is tricky getting into the garden, but my two boys are adults now so i don't have family commitments so much. I would love some of the kefir thank you. I plan to be there. I am doing a Masters of Education - investigating experiences of some of our students who have a non-English speaking background. Working on the thesis at the moment, so that takes up a fair bit of time. where are you working now?
