Hi Kezia, I only have a few leeks but I have lots of silverbeet! Sadly I didn't get my act together to organise an apple fair but hopefully next year I can do it. Did you get any kefir grains, I'd love to make it. Would you like to swap some leeks for some kefir grains? I'd also like to get some organic milk occasionally if you have any. I'm on Carters Tce, where are you?
