Hi Matt-I think I spelt warratah wrong. I didn't mean the plant. They are a type of metal post that is easy to push into the ground and have slots that you can attach netting to. They are good for making portable fences. Probably availiable from farm supply places.
Nope you don't need to bring anything except your gumboots. I'll let Rosemary know that you'll most likely be coming. There are usually muffins and coffee at morning tea for the hard workers!
Hi Matt, that will be great. I hope I'll be there this Wednesday - I've had to give the last two weeks a miss because work has cropped up that I couldn't move. It's in the Mercy Parklands grounds. If you go in and down to the right, it's kind of in the bottom right corner of the property. 8.30am - 12.30pm. See you there! Cheers, Catherine
my sweet peas must have heard me complaining about their lack of flowers - made a closer inspection this morning and there are signs of buds forming :)
I am so envious, my sweet peas are way behind yours - they're about a foot tall and no signs of any flowers yet. Don't you just love the scent? All my lily of the valley are in full flower and smell divine.

Hello Matt, the white one with the crest on her head is very pretty!
You're right. The black hen should settle down. They tend to cackle when they think they are lost or have lost their buddies : )

Thanks very much for the tomato plants Matt...people are enjoying taking them home for their gardens. Christine and Vortex BD Community Garden.

I'll give you a call if I'm heading in your direction
Cheers

Thanks for the reply.
I want to work with somebody else in my garden, and to pay back working in somebody else garden.
Share ideas, lift and move stuff, share different tools, seeds, surplus, etc.
For some people the garden is a mess, and its making some few issues. I don't think its really messy, but, for main streamers it is.
The working bee is more ambitious, and is the same thing but with more people involved.
My goal for my garden is to make it as produtive as possible and then expand to the rest of my local community.
The video that is closer to what I want to do is:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AyRMvXZIKaw
But I want to concentrate only in the garden at this stage.
Let me know if you are interested, and if your answer is yes, how can I help you .
Regards
Hi
Are you interested to share work.
I live in Mangere.
Also I am trying to make a Working Bee.
At the moment there is only one person who may join.
Let me know if you are interested.
