Hi James,
Good to hear from you.
Thanks for checking that out.
I am mailing my passport for the visa stamp this week.
Still looking at Oct/Nov arrival.
Not sure where I want to live.
Best,
Andrew
Hi from Florida James,
The site looks great.
can you help: I received a comment from: "So Little left a comment for andrew clay"...I am unable to trace...any ideas?
Best,
Andrew
Hi James -- fabulous coincidence, really. When Pete contacted me and mentioned Ooooby, it rang a bell, and in later conversations I realized you were the James he's working with.
I love what you're doing here, and I'm excited to be working with you.
Transition Taining looks interesting.I'll spread the word. You are most welcome to visit if you are in Napier.Would love to meet you and show you the plot.
It looks like the search function at the top right does search inside profiles. If I type your search string 'medicinal and culinary herbs' in there, it shows some profiles with Hester's being the first result
Hey James,
All my address books etc are packed into storage but you could ring my Nana during the day to get her number 06) 7523804 (or 6 as the last number, I always get them mixed up) Her name is Violet and please send her my love. Not sure where in the world I will unpack my stuff but I am currently teaching on a PDC at Djangbung Gardens in Australia. Hope you are well and happy, arohanui

Hiya, it was great to hear Kim was out there with her teachings! Send me your address and I will pop the books on the courier :) dana.stewart@realnraw.com
On a more positive note I'm really enjoying Ooooby, you and Pete are doing an awesome job and had great vision setting it up.
I joined up to the North Shore group,we have had 2 get togethers,so slowly getting there, but there's also a fair bit of chat going on,so it's all good!

Thanks for the encouraging comment about the garlic, James. I'm now eagerly waiting for it to germinate. The weathers been prettty cold this week-about 11degrees daytime!
Peak oil was a well known term to me, and I'd heard and seen the term Transition Towns before in several articles and youtube clips, but only in so far as 'xxx is a transition town' or 'xxx lives in a transition town' without explaining the term. No transition towns in Belgium :s. There's a lot of government incentives for making homes more energy efficient and buying low CO2 emitting cars, but that's about as far as things go. Haven't found any kind of community or movement looking at any kind of transitioning here so far.
Hi James,
A goup of Waitakere ooooby's attended David Holmgren's talk last nite at the W.C.C. in Henderson. Such a pity that we could not hear him.
Heard Mark Allen mention that there was another meeting coming up soon for Matariki.
There needs to be a sound system in place, with lapel mic's. A conversation type format is only appropriate if the audience can hear it. Will try and find Mark and John's email address so they are better prepared next time.
That's cool...I'll mention that the groups are on ooooby. I heard a woman named Richelle at ARC is putting a list together too, so maybe we'll combined. You've been hanging with my friend Crystalene. She told me she's planning our CSA. That's my girl. Asked around about the youtube thing but no luck so far. Actually I kind of forgot about it...thanks for reminding me. I think the new guy at work can do it. Enjoy enjoy!
James , copy of message to Pete FYI
Hey Pete , I am doing a part workshop at East Tamaki Primary School tmrw (wed) on recycling and seedpot rolling to 7~10 year olds as part of the www.garden2table.co.nz program (which you and James should check out).
www.themaz.co.nz is donating some of our stuffs to the program.
Question for you ... could I encourage the kiddies to join Ooooby if they wanted? Perhaps they could even have their own section ... Im travelling up from Hawkes Bay today , so maybe please text or call me on 021488777 with your thoughts.
Hello! Thank you for the welcome! In answer to your question, no I don't know of anyone in my area who is also on Ooooby-not yet anyway but I'm sure that will change as soon as I've spread the word!!! This site is so informative and I've already invited quite a few of my Canadian 'neighbours'. Stay tuned!

Yeah will get onto spreading the word. The brownies will be good at that also.
Yes, I did see Andrew is now on - bravo!
It was very good to see the networks get smart about the manipulation....each time we seem to get a bit smarter, a bit faster.
Hohenwald, TN has signed the proclamations for a Transition Town and we are hoping to have an unleashing this year. So much is percolating,
Catherine
