    I was wondering if you could tell me what the berry was, on the fence just before you go thru the gate,down to the bananas? What a lovely productive garden, on what must be quite a challenging site.

    No worries, work trumps gardening (sad but true...)!

    My garden's not so dry anymore as I have dug up all of the summer crops and laid down fresh straw mulch. I love summer and am definitely not wishing it away, but sometimes I think these clouds are just teasing us. It would be good to get a solid downpour...
