  Hi again Sian. I must have got busy before Xmas and completely forgot about your caterpillar plants. Do you still have plenty of plants that would be able to be dug out? We keep having to buy more and more plants as we're probably bringing more eggs in with each new batch of plants and never "get ahead" so to speak. I loathe to destroying the eggs. Released 50+ butterflies now plus so many new ones are on the way too. I've resorted to feeding them inside with twigs off my nearly bare outdoor plant which is over 1.7 m tall. We keep rotating our little plants too, from inside virtually stripped to going outside then bringing in the others that have a few leaves established then end up going back to King's! If you have any left I'd love to get some please. Thanks, Caroline

  Hi Sian, Nearly all our 28 caterpillars are now hanging which is gorgeous to see but I will keep you in mind in case we get inundated with more caterpillars on our outside plant.  My new bath(!) is now a nursery for monarch butterflies as we brought them all inside and put on new plants to protect them from wasps.  Lovely to see them safe.
