    Definitely use concrete on the end posts. I used to belong to the Rare Fruits in Adelaide..... an incredible bunch of fruit enthusiasts and that espalier site of theirs is what I based mine on.

    Long time no see, Anja! Great if you can grow fruit trees or put in vegetables at work, Anja. Funny you mentioned espaliering a persimon..... I was just thinking the same thing myself, today! Join in World Kitchen Garden Day by having your own celebration, even just lunch out in your garden.
