Hi There, My husbanad and I moved recently to NZ to be close to our son, we are semiretired, we're both chefs, we lived in Australia for 11 years, we were Wwoofers host all that time, we then travelled around Australia and done wwoofing ourselves. I'm at the moment trying teach my young generation to live healthier and be wiser when it comes to purchase there food. I do breads from a middle eastern to european trying to find and buy best organic quality, I also started doing Cheese, I've done Labne "middleeastern cream cheese" most of my life, I now do Mozzarella, butter, ricotta and so on. I do my own Jams and preserves, I like to be able to share my experiences with others and learn new things if I can same time, currently, I'm after raw milk, I was today at the Drury Church, they are busy there and the way is very long, we drove 35km only one way, if someone can help me to find raw milk closer to me I would be very happy and it's much appreciate it.
