"Eat Like a Yogi" - an Ayurvedic and Yogic approach to digestive health.
Programme:
Yoga and Pranayama class. An Asana and Pranayama class that will explore the use of breath and posture to facilitate healthy digestion.
Seminar- What is good Digestive Health? An introduction to the importance of optimal digestive function for overall health and longevity through the eyes of Ayurveda and natural medicine.
"Eat Like a Yogi" Cooking Class- An interactive, hands on cooking experience exploring the benefits of digestive spices in Ayurvedic food followed by a shared lunch.
Eat Like a Yogi is presented to you by Nicole Bostock and Lucinda Sherratt. Nicole is a practicing Medical Herbalist, Ayurvedic Practitioner, Massage Therapist and Organic Food Operator. Nicole is committed to sharing her knowledge with others with a particular interest in preventative health care, detoxification and rejuvenation.
Whilst Lucinda is a dedicated accredited Iyengar Yoga teacher, Clinical Nutritionist and Chef. Lucinda's vision is to create self awareness and nutritional knowledge at an individual level to increase wellbeing, health and lifestyle at a community level.
