What is covered: The history of food forests, site analysis, zones, layers, guilds, soil health and structure, the range of edible and useful plants you can grow in a cool/temperate food forest. A tour of a 20 year old food forest and questions and follow up discussion dependant on participants interest.
With tutors Robyn & Robert Guyton. This is only a one day course but we try to pack it full of information and have booklets and information available to purchase as extra resources. This workshop should enable the participants to have enough information to start their own food forest
