Very successful it was too - a beautiful day, and a great team of willing workers converted our sleepy Adelaide Road section into a hive of industry. It's looking just great, almost ready for planting out.

There has been so much work involved over the past year in getting this east-facing slope cleared of rubbish & weeds, digging ditches, building retaining walls, carting soil, putting in substantial compost bins, etc. etc. and now it's
almost there. Bravo! A big thank you to all our marvellous helpers.

That's Newtown, Wellington, NZ. From the Adelaide Road enrrance follow the path and steps from the right rear of the big wooden church. Keep going towards the trees down the slope.. You will see the garden area to the right of that path.

Meet the Innermost Gardens people and find out what we are doing and planning towards building community.
