hi, i have a few chillie peppers i would like to preserve and was wondering what is the best method to preserve them, cheers

Depends on how you want to use them Pebeau - the simplest method is to just dry them. No need for a dehydrator, just thread them up through the stem like I've done here.

I just throw them into the freezer whole. They are easy to chop while still frozen or you can halve them and scrape out the seeds if you want.

Hi Pebeau : We either freeze our surplus, preserve in vinegar, chopped, or whole, still have some previously harvested, including dried.
