Oh I forgot to mention I have a great 'Power Start Breakfast' recipe if anyone wants me to email it to them.

Hi, I have been considering going raw so thought I would join the group and see if it will inspire me more. I also wanted to mention that we produce and sell raw honey and bee pollen right here in Hamilton. All our bee products are not heated any higher than would naturally occur in the bee hive, therefore still retaining all the natural healthy properties of the honey or bee pollen. If you are interested in finding out more or want to order online have a look through our website - www.vitalityonline.co.nz. I will be updating it soon with some research. Have a great weekend and I look forward to finding out more about going raw.

I'm new here and very interested in sauerkraut and cultured vegetables. I had one sauerkraut disaster in which I'm hoping I made all the mistakes possible and have another batch on the go. I've also just started playing with water kefir - it seems to be an amazing cheap and tasty source of probiotics for in our diet. It's multiplying so quickly, I'll be able to share some with others soon if there is anyone near Katikati! I tried Sally Fallon's recipe for cultured Ginger Carrot without whey and found it incredibly salty - has anyone else tried it?

ooooby member stillcookin might be a good person to ask about sauerkraut, he had big pails of it fermenting in his very interesting youtube videos
