Goldenfruit / Grapefruit

Does anyone have any uses for grapefruit or goldenfruit (slightly sweeter than grapefruit)? I can't stand marmalade so that is out of the question and you can only drink so much juice. Please help!!

They make a great tart citron! just substitute the lemon juice and zest for grape/golden fruit.
