Kefir
Is there anyone in the Mount/Tauranga area using Kefir that may be able to share some culture and help me through its use. I have an Aunt who raves about how it has helped her but she is unable to share the culture with me.

I also have milk kefir if you would like some. I live in Papamoa, Ph 542 2253. I have kombucha too.
Fermenting Freaks on Facebook is the ideal place to read more about fermenting. Just noticed this was posted last year so its probably no longer relevant but if anyone else wants some please give me a call.
